      • “When booking your transportation from Liberia Airport to JW Marriott Costa Elena Resort & Spa, you need to provide the airline and your arrival flight number. Our representative will have all the details of your trip and will receive you at the Liberia Airport with a sign bearing the name of the representative of the group or the traveler. If your flight is modified or cancelled, it is important that you inform us of the new arrival time. In the event that the aircraft changes its date and time of arrival, it is your responsibility to inform us of this updated information, including flight number and time of arrival. If you provide your flight number when booking your airport shuttle, our Meet & Greet service will allow you to track your flight and adjust the pick-up time if necessary. In addition, after your flight lands, our driver will wait 60 minutes to make sure you have enough time to go through security, pick up your luggage and head to the arrivals area to meet your driver. As for the departure information, if the pickup is from a hotel, the day before you must send us the room number so that our representative can find you at reception by your name and room number. If pickup is from an Airbnb home, please provide the exact location so our representative can easily reach you."
